Go for Fit Wellness High Protein Gelato

This is the latest find, guys!!! I didn’t even know this exists. Tell me if you are aware of this at all, let me know! This is so interesting to me because I have never found anything similar to this. And I really got so excited!

I tried to do research and unfortunately I didn’t find anything about it at all. So I am just gonna show you these pictures and make your mouth go water hahhahaha!

It is summer guys! so who wants a fresh ice cream which is high in protein!! hmmm! yummy!

Here is the list of ingredients. Be mindful that this might contain nuts, soy, egg, peanut. The thing that is quite interesting is that it says lactose free and yet it is written that Lactose is actually <0,1g / 100g, the product contains glucose and galactose as a consequence of the breakdown of lactose as it is written on the packaging.

This is what is interesting to me that made me try to compare it with the other high protein food products I have tried so far…

This is a 30g tub but the nutritional information says per 100g of the product:

• Energy 142 kcal
• Fats 3,2 g in which saturated fats 2,7g
• Carbohydrates 15,2 g in which sugar 12,2g lactose <0,01g
• Fibers 5g
• Protein 10,5g
• Salt 0,08g

I am truly excited and yet kind of perplexed. I love the taste, maybe having coconut in their makes the taste different from all of the normal ice cream. I love coconut and it almost has similar taste to gelato di soia! I am yet to try this as a shake maybe to just mix it together with my vanilla protein powder, I am excited! It is always good to garnish it with any fruit as well!

I don’t have much information about this unfortunately but again comparing it to other protein snacks for example the protein cookie https://fasebeauty.com/2022/05/20/my-protein-gooey-filled-cookie/, the nutritional information is up there comparable to them and has similar values.
