I have always been attracted to trying out vegan and vegetarian food items. And I already did feature some in my past articles.
I am not new to this, I must say. I have a vegetarian friend and I started to have more knowledge about fitness because of him. He is just so smart about eating healthy food, vitamins and VERY into fitness. I learned a lot from him. Every time we hang out together, I always eat veggies. Never meat. And that is why I get to learn about these small treasures.
So when I saw this particular product at a local supermarket, I bought it out of curiosity.
This definitely looks like a hotdog minus meat LOL.
It is incredible to me because it does taste like… hotdog! HAHHAHAHAHA
This is called Wurstel Bio Vegamo. Made with Farro and Tofu. It is rich in protein and a good source of fiber, ideal for anyone who likes a vegatal meal, very tasty and easy to prepare.
It can be prepared in a pan or by grilling. Just like a normal hotdog!
It is proud to be 100% organic, GMO free and made in Italy.
Let us take a look at the ingredients:

Guys, this is soooo interesting!! I mean… that is a lot! and I see it all perfectly! all plant-based ingredients and yet it tastes like meat! It is mostly soy, wheat, oatmeal, veggies, plants and spices.

My final thoughts.. I like it a lot, guys! it is really good. I should be honest, I haven’t been eating hotdogs, like real hotdogs in a long while now. Whenever I think about eating hotdogs or egg, I have always tend to choose eggs. So for me, this can be a good hotdog if you are not so into meat.
