We are almost at the autumn season, guys, I know. But I couldn’t help it. It is still very much hot during midday here in Rome and I wanted to have a little refreshment. I discovered this yet again very interesting food item in the local supermarket and it just looks good.
It is also cacao flavor so, you already know… :-p
I tried doing research about the brand but I haven’t found any information so I will just have to base eveything on the packaging.
It is completely 100% plant-based, lactose free, gluten-free, no GMO
It is soy-based ice cream with cacao 15%



Ingredients:
- Soy extract 60% (water, shelled soybeans 8%)
- Sugar
- Low-fat cocoa powder 6%
- Dextrose
- Glucose-fructose syrup
- Coconut oil
- Glucose syrup
- Dark chocolate 1,5% (cacao paste, sugar, cacao butter, emulsifier: soy lecitine)
- Natural vanilla aroma
- Vegetable protein
- Emulsifier: monolgycerides and diglycerides of fatty acids
- Thickeners: carob seed flour, guar gum, pectines
- Aroma
- Soy

Nutritional Information (Value for each 100g)
- Energy 185 kcal
- Fats 7,8g in which saturated fatty acids 5,5g
- Carbohydrates 25,5g in which sugar is 22,6g
- Fiber 2,0g
- Protein 2,3g
- Salt 0,07g

This is another good find, I like how it is so delicate and it isn’t that sweet, soy makes it tasty than the usual ice cream. On the list of the ingredients, dark chocolate is present, you all know how I love dark chocolate.
I just want to share this with you, and if you come across a soy ice cream, give it a try, it really tastes good more than your usual ice cream.
