Hello November!! How are you all! I have been trying to move this article because I wanted to finish the series last October. And I think I can now share with you this dreamy… creamy… delicious pistacchio cream spread!
Yes you read it right! PISTACCHIO CREAM!!!
Guys, this is my new Nutella Hahahhahahaha this is Nutella less chocolate, basically. And it is incredible to me.
A-MA-ZING and CREA-MYYY
I looooove it!!
You all know how I love my dark chocolate cream spreads.. all of the brands I have tried are all heavenly to me. This is also not the first time I have talked about this particular brand right here.
I have tasted other cream spreads, they are all deliciously creamy but I think I got a new favourite.
Guys, it is really amazing. The fact that I am not even crazy about pistacchio and yet, this cream got me!!!
wuuuh
I still can’t get over it. I have been consuming this really fast.
I especially love my cream spreads for breakfast. This is amazing with fette biscottate and toasted bread! I have heart eyes for this and I will discuss a little bit about pistacchio as well because I know that lots of you out there who are loving plant-based items love this.
This is a deicious artisan cream spread made with only selected italian pistacchio. It is ideal for cakes, sweets and crepes and as a spread. It is said on the description that this is made with natural ingredients only.
Lets take a look at what is inside. I am really curious too.

The story of Amandula began in 1965 because of an almond tree. They choose the best dried fruit then offers them to a lot of pastry shop. Giovanni Caracciolo from Calabria started this passion together with his wife Caterina. He discovered that almonds produces versatile products like milk, cream and other wonderful food items without using preservatives and aromas.
And in the 90s they were able to transform their small laboratory and started producing not only for pastry shops but also large supply for shops and supermarkets. In 1995 they started a commercial collaboration with North Italy and therefore the brand Dolce Sapore Antico was born.
Finally in 2010 Amandula was the brand name. From almond they started to produce other dry fruits and bergamotto which is a local product in Calabria. And they continue to produce products for gelateria and pasticceria.
Amandula is tradition, artisan and quality which produces healthy products.

If you come here in Italy and you go south, particularly in Calabria, you already know what you should get. I promise you guys, if you love pistacchio this is gonna be for you!
