The one that I found at the local supermarket has no shell. it comes from south africa. I was originally hunting for almonds but I found this instead hahahha. I got intrigued because I never tasted macadamia nuts before believe it or not. I only hear this more as an ingredient to most beauty products. So I thought I wanted to taste the nuts.

I don’t know much about this dry fruit so I am quite surprised I didn’t know what to expect. It might not be the same as the other nuts.
I also know that this is paired with meat for second dishes or for preparing sweets, ice cream , cakes and torroni (the famous italian sweet) and these are usually paired with honey and chocolate, too.

I have to be honest with you guys, and I know that not all of the items that I share is what I expected and had in mind. Macadamia I should say is my least favorite out of all the dry fruits because it has that little bitter taste at the end which isn’t pleasing to my taste buds. I just love the other dry fruits and again this is not what I expected. I have always thought it would just be the same as the others. I am obviously not very familiar about this so please forgive me. If you do like it let me know. Is this your favorite? I would love to hear your thoughts!

It is December you guys… the holidays are coming! It is winter time! Stay healthy!

Again, thank you so much for reading! See you on my next article!
