I have found this at Castroni where I usually go satisfy my curiosity about some food stuff that aren’t available in the local grocery store.
This is one of the most well-known chocolate brand ever. And yes, I have featured another product from this brand that I have loved. https://fasebeauty.com/2022/04/01/caffarel-torino-1826/
Now I also want to share this find with you. This is Caffarel Cremosa. It is a cream spread with an interesting packaging which is easy to use and so practical. When I checked out their website, I didn’t find this, I saw a pail packaging instead which is usually bought by bakeries and pastry shops. I am a little bit surprised. And I am glad I get to try it with this smaller packaging instead. It is obvious that this is a product prepared for professional use as sweet filling, decoration, etc..
The consistency is very creamy as its name suggests! Cremosa The taste is very intense consisting of cacao and hazelnuts.
Nutritional Information per 100g:
- Energy 546 kcal
- Fats 30g
- Saturated fats 3,4g
- Carbohydrates 55g
- Sugar 52g
- Protein 7,1g
- Salt 0,12g
Ingredients:
- Sugar
- Vegetable oil (sunflower, safflower, rice in variable proportion)
- Hazelnuts 15%
- Powdered low fat cocoa
- Powdered skimmed milk
- Emulsifiers: soy lecitine, aroma
Be mindful that this might contain nuts. So if you are allergic to it, this might not be for you to try.
This is gluten free! Just like what I always say, gluten-free products are so tasty and this is not an exception, guys!
This is way creamier than the spread that I have tried also from Caffarel. And it is very versatile as it can also be used for cake and biscuits decorations as it is prepared for that purpose. It can be used as an ingredient for lots of sweets, too.
I love eating this on top of my fette biscottate in the morning with my coffee or tea. It is the best combination!
