Bio Gallette con Legumi 120g OK BIO
I have fallen in love with this, guys. I love corn cakes but it is the first time I have come across this with vegetables. I think this is a snack that you can eat without being guilty as this is very nutritious. I prefer this more than chips in general.
I found this at Todis, a local supermarket near our apartment. This is a valid bio food item. And if you are looking bio products this might peek your interest.
This corn cakes have beans, lentils and chickpeas. It is gluten free for you guys who don’t tolerate gluten. It is rich in fiber and protein. It has phosphorus, iron and manganese.

I would have loved to know more about the brand and how they came up with the food item but I didn’t find much on my research. I just relied on the information on the packaging. If you come across this, please do check it out.
