Crockburger is a crunchy vegetable burger which is produced mainly with pumpkin and dried tomatoes until Zerbinati expanded the range with 4 new other variants based on legumes and vegetables.
Vegetable burgers and croquettes are dressed in a refined breading with a unique and irresistible taste. Thanks to its crunchiness and distinctive ingredients, the new “Crock” line offers consumers a quick, tasty and balanced meal. 100% vegetable and without preservatives, Crockburgers and Crockettes are ready in a few minutes in an air fryer, but also in a pan and in the oven.
Lentil crockburgers (2x80g), available in versions with spinach and herbs and with pumpkin and sun-dried tomatoes, have a super crunchy cornflake breading, unique on the market, and are a source of protein. I was quite impressed to be honest about the breading as I love cornflakes. It has always been a part of my breakfast diet and it is good to know that I can also eat it at lunch LOL!
Inspired by the most popular recipes on the market, the “Crock” line uses the vegetables most loved by Italians (spinach, pumpkin, zucchini and potatoes) combining all the taste and crunchiness with nutritional aspects: the whole range is in fact rich in fiber and protein.

The packaging is colorful and captivating, to capture the consumer’s attention, and accepts the trend of the air fryer – the most popular cooking method of the moment. But of course the pan and the oven are good too. I personally cooked it using the old traditional pan hehehe.

Remove the tray from the cardboard, remove the protective film and heat the burger in a non-stick pan with hot oil for 8 minutes, turning it frequently.
This is another delicious discovery! I really love it and I will definitely try the other flavors too!
