This is another cream spread that I want to share with you.
yup, another cream spread.
On my last article I did talk about almond cream. Now here we are with another one!

This is a fruit very well known in the south of Italy its origins is from Reggio Calabria. And this belongs to the citrus family. And again this is given to me by my friend.

This is the list of the nutritional value for each 100g of product:
- Che Energy value 565kcal
- Fats 35,1g
- Carbohydrates 55,9g
- Sugar 40g
- Fibres 0g
- Proteine 6,5g
- Salt 0,19g
The ingredients are simple:
- Natural aroma of Bergamotto from Reggio Calabria
- sugar
- sunflower oil
- powdered milk
- soy
- traces of pistachio, hazelnut and peanuts

Being citrus it shares the same properties made for producing very perfumed oil esence extracted from the peel. I never even knew anything about Bergamotto before and come to think of it some of the well known perfumes has a note of this scent. An i’ve never ssen the fruit in real life.
These are the benefits of this fruit Bergamotto:
- Antibacterial, anti-stress and energizing
- Anti inflamatory
- Anti oxidant
- It is rich in Vitamin C which helps strengthen the immune system
- It helps lower glicemia and diabetes
- It helps fight anemia
- Responsible for bone health because it has calcium in it
Because of the high citric acid it is not adviseable to drink this everyday. I was able to try a Bergamotto drink and wow it was so
sour guys, that is pure.
I think I did share that drink in one of my facebook and instagram post. I had to dilute it in water cause it is really extra sour
